Below is a list of various problems you might have with your Teletracker, and their solutions.
Problem:
•My Teletracker is reporting that it can not determine a location.
Solution:
•Ensure that your Teletracker is allowed to know your location. When you press the scan button there should not be any askance for permission. If there is such, allow permission. Furthermore, your Teletracker needs an internet connection, be it from the phone or wireless internet. Check to see if you can load web pages.
Problem:
•My Teletracker found a location, perhaps even showed a location on the map, but still no address came forth.
Solution:
•In order to find an address, your Teletracker must communicate with Carticipate. It may be that the internet connection is unreliable, or that Carticipate is having troubles.
Problem:
•My Teletracker found a location, complete with address, but it’s the wrong location, perhaps even the wrong city!
Solution:
•In order to to be prompt, your Teletracker will report the first location it finds, and keep searching. It will soon find its correct location and the appropriate address. During this time, you may notice a distance in the parenthesis, indicating how far away you are from the last address reported.
Problem:
•I have tried all this and more, and yet my Teletracker continues to vex me!
